Ingredients:

  • 2 slices white bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Tear bread into small pieces and place in a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Add egg, milk, beef, onion, salt, pepper and 2 Tbsp of ketchup.
  4. Mix well with clean hands, shape into a loaf (put into a loaf pan).
  5. Put remaining ketchup on top.
  6. Bake 1 hour.
