Grandma's Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  • 1 small onion (diced )
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup oats

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375*.
  2. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
  3. Shape into a loaf and place into baking pan.
  4. Cook uncovered for 40 minutes or until done.
  5. Let rest 5-10 minutes before serving.
