Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 1/4 oz) can corn, drained
  • 1 (15 1/4 oz) can creamed corn ( gf)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 3/4 cup cornflour
  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1/3 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix together the first five ingredients. Fold in the rest of the ingredients and pour into a greased 9x13 baking pan. Top with the swiss cheese.
  2. Bake at 350 F for 35-40 minutes.
