Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (15 1/4 oz) can creamed corn
  • 1 (15 1/4 oz) can whole corn (drained )
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz) box jiffy cornbread mix (can use jiffy corn muffin mix copycat, recipe 345502)

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes in greased 7x11 baking dish.
