Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup ground oats (use coffee grinder)
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Combine all dry ingredients into a large bowl.
  2. Whisk milk and egg into a separate bowl.
  3. Dip each chicken thigh in the milk mixture and then into the dry mixture.
  4. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  5. Place in oven at 350 F for 30 minutes.
