Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 cup of rice flour
  • 3 tbsp canola oil
  • 3/4 tsp of salt
  • 1/3 cup of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp of baking powder

Directions:

  1. You want to start with your dry ingredients first
  2. Quickly add your wet ingredients and any other flavors that you may want.
  3. Grease your muffin pan or use the muffin cups and start placing the dough in them
  4. Then heat your oven to 180 F and cook til bron or firm to the touch.
