Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 16 slices pepperoni
  • 1/3 cup pasta sauce

Directions:

  1. In a sauce pan bring vegetable oil, water and milk to a boil. Add arrowroot flour or tapioca starch. Mix well with wooden spoon
  2. And let rest for about 15 minutes. You will get white ball. Mix in 2 eggs
  3. And about 3/4 cup grated hard cheese (e.g., parmesan or romano). You will get a
  4. Gooey, sticky mass.
  5. To form pizza shell, cover hands with grease, and quickly press into shape as best you can (it will smooth out during baking).
  6. Bake on lightly greased sheet, a silicone mat or on parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12 minutes, remove from the oven and add pizza toppings. Bake for another 10 minutes or until cheese melts and crust begins to brown to your liking.
