Gloria's Broccoli Soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Directions:

  1. Melt butter. Add Broccoli and onion ad sautee.
  2. Add Flour untill all mixed.
  3. Add broth and salt & pepper to taste.
  4. Simmer for 20 Minutes.
  5. Tope with Parmesan cheese before serving.
