Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook cauliflower and broccoli in boiling salted water until slightly underdone.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Melt butter in 1 quart saucepan,stir in flour and blend well.
  4. Gradually add milk,stirring constantly until thickened.
  5. Add Cheddar,Parmesan,and salt, and stir over low heat until cheese melts.
  6. Place vegetables in an ungreased 4 quart casserole dish and sprinkle with chopped ham.
  7. Pour cheese sauce over all.
  8. Make a border of buttered crumbs around edge of casserole.
  9. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until crumbs are lightly browned.
