Directions:

  1. Beat sugar and eggs and oil
  2. Combine flour, cinnamon, salt, soda baking powder and beat in.
  3. Add vanilla.
  4. Beat for 1 to 2 minutes until well mixed
  5. Fold in zucchini, carrot, oats and nuts
  6. Pour into prepared 15x10x1 jellyroll pan
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes
  8. Combine frosting ingredients and frost when cooled.
