Glazed Pecans

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 4 cups pecan halves

Directions:

  1. In a medium sauce pan, combine all ingredients except pecans.
  2. Cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved, stirring often.
  3. Add pecans,cook until all liquid is gone.
  4. Be sure to stir constantly, to avoid burning.
  5. Spread mixture on wax paper until cool.
  6. Break apart with 2 forks, while cooling. Be careful, nuts will be very hot.
