  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the tomatoes cut side up in a medium baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the mayo, mustard, 1 tablespoons of the parsley, the chives, salt and pepper to taste and 2 tablespoons of the parmesan cheese. Spoon a heaping teaspoon of the mayo mixture on each tomato and spread to cover. Sprinkle the tomatoes with the remaining 1 tablespoons cheese.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until hot. Turn on the broiler and broil the tomatoes until brown and bubbling, about 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with the remaining 1 tablespoons parsley and serve immediately.
