Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp cloves ground
  • 1/2 tsp ginger ground
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Melt butter and mix with egg, sugar, and molasses.
  2. Mix dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture. Chill 1 hour. Roll balls in sugar and bake at 375 F for 7-10 minutes
