Soft and Chewy Gingersnaps

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp clove
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Mix, chill, roll into small balls.
  2. Roll in sugar, place on very lightly greased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake at 325°F until brown, about 18 minutes.
