Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Melt margarine over low hat, remove and put in bowl, add sugar and molasses. Mix add egg. Mix add flour, soda, cloves, cinnamon, and salt. Mix, chill. Roll into balls dip in sugar, place on greased cookie sheet. Cook 375º for 10 to 15 minutes.
