Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients; set aside.
  2. Arrange apple in an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
  3. Combine flour, cinnamon, ginger and cardamom; stir into the apricot mixture.
  4. Spoon over apples.
  5. Combine TOPPING ingredients; sprinkle over fruit.
  6. Bake at 350 F.
  7. For 50 to 60 minutes or until topping is golden brown and fruit is tender.
  8. Yield: 12 servings.
