Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp msg
  • 1/2 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Boil the carrots with the sugar and MSG until tender.
  2. Drain, and put in a heavy skillet with the butter and ginger.
  3. Sautee briefly in the butter
  4. Put in th eoven 10 minutes before serving to make sure they are served hot.
