Ingredients:

  • 2 cups green beans
  • 1 tsp. tamari
  • 1 tsp. umeboshi plum vinegar or rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp. flax oil

Directions:

  1. Blanch the beans in salted water for five minutes until they're bright green. Toss in sesame seeds, ginger and dressing and serve.
