Getcha Going Bran Muffins!!  Yum!

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pour 3 cups boiling water over 3 cups natural bran. Let cool.
  2. Mix and beat well: oil, brown sugar, eggs, buttermilk, corn syrup.
  3. Mix: whole wheat flour, white flour, bran flakes, all bran, sunny boy cereal, baking soda, salt, raisins, and oats.
  4. Combine steps 1 & 2. Add 1 cup water. Add step 3. Mix well. Refrigerate 2 days before baking.
  5. Can be kept in air tight container up to 2 weeks in fridge.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
