Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease 13 x 9 baking pan.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together butter, sugar and vanilla.
  4. Add eggs and stir until well combined.
  5. Combine dry ingredients and blend well with wet ingredients.
  6. Reserve 2 cups of batter and set aside.
  7. Spread remaining batter in prepared pan.
  8. Arrange Peppermint Patties in a single layer over batter, about 1/2 inch apart.
  9. Carefully spread reserved 2 cups of batter on top.
  10. Bake for 50- 55 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan.
  11. Cool completely on wire rack and cut into squares.
