Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted , country crock spread can be substituted
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, mix sugar, melted butter, and vanilla.
  3. Add in the eggs, one at a time.
  4. Stir in flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Combine well.
  5. Spoon into greased 9 x 13 pan and bake for 30 minutes. Keep an eye on it since cooking times vary. Use an 8 x8 in pan for thicker brownies.
