Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Roll dough out into 2 rectangles about 10X14 each and cut each into about 24 equal squares
  2. Lightly spray a mini muffin tin with no stick spray
  3. Flatten each cut dough square out slightly and add 1 piece of cheese
  4. Top with a slice of sausage
  5. Top with a small spoonful of sauerkraut
  6. Sprinkle with a lil fresh ground pepper
  7. Bring sides up and over the goodies and press the edges together
  8. Drop into a well in the muffin tin, seam sides up
  9. Continue until all wells are filled See Photo
  10. Sprinkle with paprika and bake in a 400 oven for about 10 minutes or so until puffs are lightly golden brown.
  11. Serve warm or room temp with your favorite mustard for dipping!
  12. **I tried these a few different ways with the layering and whether to bake seam sides down or up, and the above is the way I found to work best. :)
