Ingredients:

  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 1/2 lbs tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup tomato juice
  • 1/8 tsp tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Chop onion, bell pepper, and garlic peel, seed and chop tomatoes and cucumber combined all ingredients and chill for 3 hours.
