Ingredients:
1/2 medium onion
1 medium green bell pepper
2 garlic cloves
1 medium cucumber
1 1/2 lbs tomatoes
3/4 cup tomato juice
1/8 teaspoon tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. chop onion, bell pepper, and garlic peel, seed and chop tomatoes and cucumber combined all ingredients and chill for 3 hours.
