Garlic & Vinegar Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 -3 potatoes
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 cloves garlic

Directions:

  1. Peel and cut up the potatoes, boil in water for approx 15 minutes.
  2. With a sprinkle of salt.
  3. Drain and add the vinegar.
  4. Cut up fine the garlic, add to the potatoes and mash until no potato lumps are present.
  5. Serve cold as a side dish to a barbecue or fry in a little olive oil until nicely browned.
  6. Excellent for garlic lovers!
  7. Note: for chilli pepper lovers, add 1 chopped, deseeded chilli pepper and mix with the end product.
