  1. Garlic Herbed Sweet Potatoes
  2. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into wedges. Place in aluminum foil, sprinkle with olive oil and wrap tightly. Place potatoes on grill to cook about 20 minutes. Remove from the grill and set aside.
  3. Combine the herbs, salt, garlic powder, and pepper in a small bowl. Toss with potatoes and place the wedges directly on the grill. Remove when grill marks appear on all sides and potatoes are tender.
