Garlic Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 8 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp rosemary
  • 1/2 cup red onion

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. Wash and dry potatoes, cut into wedges and place in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Chop garlic cloves, chop red onion, melt butter, and combine with remainder of ingredients in mixing bowl. Proceed to mix .
  4. Transfer to sheet tray. Roast for 25-30 minutes. Shake pan occasionally for even roasting.
