Ingredients:

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Cut the potatoes into 1.5 cubes and place into a greased casserole dish (you can line the dish with foil for an easier clean up). Add garlic powder, salt, pepper and olive oil and mix thoroughly. Cut the 1/2 stick of butter into small pats and place all over the top of the potatoes. Cover with foil and bake 400º for about 40 minutes. Remove the foil top and broil the last 5 minutes or until browned.
