Garlic-marinated Shrimp with Chimichurri Sauce

  1. Combine shrimp and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl; cover and chill 1 hour.
  2. Arrange the marinated shrimp on a greased jelly-roll pan.
  3. Bake at 500° for 5 to 6 minutes or until pink. Serve with Chimichurri Sauce.
