Grilled Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz shrimp
  • 5 oz garlic
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Combine Shrimp Canola oil garlic and red pepper flakes in a food processor or chop garlic small to make a paste. marinade for 30 minutes
  2. Grill 2 minutes per side
  3. Melt butter add lemon zest, lemon juice, thyme. Add Shrimp cook for one minute more. Add parsley and adjust seasoning.
