Orange Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat olive oil in heavy skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Saute shrimp for 2 minutes or just until opaque.
  3. Reduce heat and add garlic and salt.
  4. Saute for 1 minute until garlic is soft.
  5. Remove from heat and toss with orange zest.
  6. Serve with crusty bread.
