  1. Once thawed, slice brussel sprouts along the core.
  2. Preheat oven to 375. Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray and in a single layer spread brussel sprouts and garlic.
  3. Whisk balsamic, olive oil, honey, salt, pepper, and dijon mustard and pour over brussel sprouts and garlic.Ensure everything is covered in the dressing and roast for 25-30 minutes until all brussel sprouts have turned brown on the edges. Turn every 10 - 15 minutes to make sure none of them burn.
