Garlic and Herb Parmesan Buns

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 cups bread flour
  • 1 tbsp rapid rise yeast

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients except topping in bread machine pan. Program to dough cycle setting. Press start.
  2. Turn out dough onto slightly oiled surface. Cut dough into 12 pieces. Shape into smooth balls.
  3. Place on greased baking sheet; flatten slightly.
  4. Let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes or until doubled.
  5. Preheat oven to 400. Brush buns with water; sprinkle tops lightly with cheese.
  6. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm or cool completely.
