Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, yeast, water,sugar and olive oil.
  2. Knead till smooth and elastic. (I just use my bread machine for this.).
  3. Pour vegetable oil into bowl.
  4. Place dough in and grease dough.
  5. Cover and let rise about 45 minutes to an hour or till doubled.
  6. In the meantime.
  7. Crumble sausage in a pan and cook till no longer pink.
  8. Drain and remove.
  9. To the same pan add the onions,red or green pepper and mushrooms cook about 6 minutes.
  10. Add garlic and cook about 1 minute more.
  11. Add red pepper flakes.
  12. Remove and add to sausage and mix well.
  13. Let cool.
  14. In another bowl combine the chopped tomatoes, pepperoni,1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan cheese and olives.Mix well.
  15. When sausage mixture is cool combine tomato/cheese mixture and sausage mixture.
  16. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  17. Punch down dough and let rest 10 minutes.
  18. Roll and stretch to fit a 12 X15 pan with sides, making sure dough goes up the sides (I use a jelly roll pan).
  19. Prick dough with a fork all over.
  20. Bake in preheated oven 10-12 minutes.
  21. Remove from oven.
  22. Lay slices of ham over bottom and up sides of dough.
  23. Pour sausage/tomato mixture over dough and spread evenly.
  24. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  25. Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes.
