Garam Masala Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups white rice
  • 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Bring vegetable broth to a boil over high heat.
  2. Stir in all ingredients and return to boil.
  3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
  4. Fluff and serve.
