Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 3/4 cup soy milk
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Tamiser ensemble la farine, la poudre à pâte et le sel.
  2. Mélanger l'huile et le lait.
  3. Verser le mélange sur la farine, bien mélanger.
  4. Ajouter les noix (ou raisins secs, ou autre).
  5. À l'aide d'une cuillère former de petites galettes.
  6. Disposer les galettes sur une tôle à biscuits légèrement huilée.
  7. Cuire au four à 350F 20 minutes.
  8. Délicieux chaud, servi avec de la mélasse.
