Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. After shredding chicken breasts, stir all ingredients except monteray jack cheese over heat in a large frying pan until blended.
  3. Pour into greased loaf pan, top with cheese.
  4. Cook in oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
  5. Serve with celery and carrot sticks.
