Fruit Salad With Vanilla Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 pear
  • any other non-citrus fruit that makes you happy. sometimes i add blueberries for color.
  • 1/3 cup walnuts

Directions:

  1. Core and chop apple and pear.
  2. Pit, peel and chop mango and peach
  3. Halve grapes and strawberrries
  4. Mix yogurt, mayo, lemon juice, honey, vanilla, and salt.
  5. Toss with fruit and serve
