Fruit & Cottage Cheese Rolls (Sugar Free)

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream the first four ingredients with mixer.
  2. Add flour and mix thoroughly.
  3. Divide into 3 balls. Cover and chill overnight.
  4. On a board, spread 2 tablespoons potato flakes.
  5. Roll out one ball in a circle about 1/8 to 1/4 inches.
  6. Use a pizza cutter and cut into 12 wedges.
  7. Roll up each wedge. Start at long edge.
  8. Do the same for the other two rolls.
  9. Preheat 350°.
  10. Spray Pam on baking sheets, place all wedges on baking sheets.
  11. Bake about 20 minutes until slightly browned.
  12. Cool.
  13. Serve with dipping sauce or plain with tea and coffee.
