Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar , packed
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 (250 g) packages light cream cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients of the crust and press into a 9 spring form pan and up the sides as well and chill.
  2. Combine all the ingredients for the topping until crumbly and set aside.
  3. For the filling beat cream cheese brown sugar and sour cream in large bowl for about 2 minutes or in a food processor until cheese creamy add eggs one at a time beating well after egg, add spices and pour into the chilled crust then spread apples over the filling.
  4. Sprinkle topping over applesand bake 325 degrees for 65-75 minutes and cool.
  5. Freezes perfectly.
