  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar in large bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, baking.
  3. Soda and salt in medium bowl. Add to butter mixture; beat until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips, apricots and pecans.
  4. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 9 to 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool on cookie sheets 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
