Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, blend yogurt and honey. Peel bananas; cut in half crosswise and insert a flat wooden stick into cut end of each half.
  2. Dip banana halves in yogurt mixture to coat completely. Place banana halves slightly apart on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. cover with plastic wrap and freeze until coating is firm (about 1 hour)
  3. Meanwhile, spread coconut on a baking sheet and toast in a 350 degree oven until golden, stirring often. Let cool.
  4. Dip each banana in yogurt mixture again, then roll in coconut. Return to wax paper lined baking sheet, cover, and freeze unil coating is firm.
  5. Before serving, let stand at room temperature for about 5 minutes.
