Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place the strawberries in a bowl to thaw, saving their juice. In a small bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in the cold water, and stir in the sweetner. Place everything in a medium size saucepan over medium heat. Bring the sauce to a boil, stirring gently and frequently with a wooden spoon. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Store frozen strawberry sauce under refrigeration for 7-10 days.
  3. Note: To make homemade Fruit Sweeteners place for example frozen apple juice concentrate in a small pan and bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes to evaporate the excess liquid and concentrate the flavor.
