Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel the banana and cut into chunks about 1-inch long. Put the banana, lime juice and honey in a food processor and process by pulsing until it is pureed but still a little chunky. Spoon into a serving dish and serve.
  2. Note: A little chocolate sauce and chopped nuts are good with this. You can also put a little vanilla yogurt cheese in the processor with the bananas for an even creamier dessert!
  3. Professional Recipe: This recipe was provided by a chef, restaurant or culinary professional and makes a large quantity. The Food Network Kitchens chefs have not tested this recipe in the proportions indicated and therefore cannot make any representation as to the results.
