Frosted Peanut Butter Fingers

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars.
  2. Add 1 cup peanut butter, egg and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt; add to the creamed mixture.
  4. Spread into a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 13-17 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Cool slightly on a wire rack, about 12 mins.
  7. Spread with remaining peanut butter.
  8. Cool completely.
  9. In a mixing bowl, combine the butter, powdered sugar, cocoa, vanilla and enough milk to achieve spreading consistency.
  10. Spoon over peanut butter layer, then spread.
  11. Cut into bars.
