Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
  2. Beat shortening and peanut butter til creamy.
  3. Add orange rind, sugar substitutes and egg to creamed mixture.
  4. Beat til light and fluffy.
  5. Add flour mixture, stirring to blend well.
  6. Shape level tablespoonfuls into 2 inch fingers and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake 350F 12-15 minutes.
  8. Or MICROWAVE:.
  9. Place 6-8 fingers on waxed paper and bake on low for 5-6 minutes.
