Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup onions
  • 1/4 cup corn meal
  • 1/8 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Slice or dice squash and onion (optional).
  2. Salt and pepper cornmeal.
  3. Toss vegetables with corn meal and fry in hot oil till lightly browned.
