Fried Rice Eggs And Bacon

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 lb bacon
  • 1 tsp slap yo mama
  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. Skillet
  2. 1 tbsp oil
  3. Place bacon into skillett and cook
  4. After bacon has fried place on a paper napkin on a plate to the side
  5. Drain some of the oil out of the skillett set aside
  6. Take your 2 cups of rice and add to the skillett leaving a little oil in the skillett so that the rice can fry .
  7. Add Slap yo mama and black pepper
  8. Stir around till rice is fried but not real hard
  9. Place onto serving plates(divide into 2)
  10. Pour some of the bacon oil back into the same skillett
  11. Heat
  12. Break 2 eggs and fry ( over easy/sunny side up )
  13. After those 2 are cooked place on top of rice on serving plate
  14. Repeat with the other 2 eggs
  15. Divide up the bacon strips place on each plate...
  16. Serve.......
  17. You can have toast , biscuits,
  18. Drink ...milk, orange juice, coffee milk....
