Ingredients:

  • 1 ssmall onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 1/2 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 quart tomatoes peeled and choped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Saute vegetables in butter. Add broth, tomatoes, sspices. Heat and Simmer for 20 min. blend flour with water and add. Cook until thickened.
  2. Puree, if desired.
  3. Cup = 57 cal
  4. Can add other veggies as desired.
