French Toast Fingers

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 2 slices bread

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray; cut each slice of bread into 4 strips.
  3. Combine egg and milk; beat well.
  4. Dip bread strips in egg mixture.
  5. Place on cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 12 minutes until brown.
  7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or cinnamon.
